Karate Secrets, Power Training for Traditional Karate
I’d like to let you in on some karate secrets. What is Karate anyway? It is a way you can protect yourself without the use of any armaments. It is a method of self-defense that goes back hundreds of years. Nobility were the ones that were using karate and their method were kept under lock and key. Nobody had access to these secrets. They used these methods to show how powerful they were above the common people.
The most excellent thing about karate is that you don’t have to be physically powerful to do it. Using it can be supernatural because when you assault or protect yourself you leave the other person without sensation and they are not capable of fighting back. Killing someone using karate would be very easy.
When the attacker comes after you, you use their moves against them. If you had someone who was 350 pounds coming after you, you as a smaller person could protect yourself. Every person has very sensitive spots on their body that the fighter uses when doing karate.
You can leave the person motionless for hours, when you press certain points on the body. The people that protected the Emperor of Japan would use these skills to keep that person safe. They were also used during World War 2. It is very common to have a smaller man out power a larger one. You have to be very careful when doing karate because you could kill someone without even trying. Karate is used so that you can bring someone down just in enough time to get away from your attacker.
Your whole physique is used when doing karate. You can transform your figure into rock hard muscle when doing karate. You’d be surprised at how many people do karate. Imagine yourself small with a 6 foot 5 inch person coming after you. You could paralyze them to get away from the attacker, because the law is never around when you are being attacked.
You have to breathe the right way while doing karate. You’d be surprised at how many people don’t know how to breathe correctly. People in the USA don’t take breathing sincerely when exercising. Breathing is a noteworthy task. Breathing can eliminate toxins from your blood stream. By breathing correctly you bring more oxygen to the vital organs in your body.
Karate brings forth great confidence. Your positive thinking gets better and better as time goes along. You also have to stand up straight and relax. You can’t perform these self-defense techniques with your shoulders bend over and your stomach hanging out.
The food that you eat makes up the body, so you want to eat right. Eat plenty of protein, but stay away from sugar, starches and fat. Flush out the body by drinking lots of water. There you have it some of my karate secrets.
