Giant Mountain Bikes And The Demonstration At The British Series
The British Mountain Bike Series is the country’s largest biking event in the whole year and attendees get to see races, challenges and bike demos at 5 venues around the UK. The event is family friendly where everyone gets to view some of the country’s best mountain bike riders. And for the first time ever, 2010 will see some of the country’s biggest bike makers attend the new demo events which showcase the best bikes around. Giant Mountain Bikes are one of those manufacturers who will be attending the demos along with others like trek and Specialised where riders will be able to test-ride the latest mountain bike models.
And people from across the country will be able to attend one of the events as there are 5 venues in total. Yorkshire, South Wales, Plymouth, Nottinghamshire and London will all play hosts to the British Series events. Giant Mountain Bikes Managing Director, Ian Beasant promises that Giant and their fellow bike makers will make the event a special occasion for all riders by offering a combination of technical knowledge, tips and tricks for getting the most out of your bike and some of the best places to visit in the country for family-friendly trails.
The organisers of the British Mountain Bike Series hope that 2010 will be their best year yet with the addition of this demo and the various riding events that take place. Just a few of the events taking place include XC races, endure challenges and under-12s races so there is something for everyone. The BMBS saw over 4000 riders attend the event in 2009 so they hope that with these new features 2010 will bring even more attendees to the different venues.
Not only are these events packed with all sorts of biking bonanzas but they also offer the chance for a great weekend away. There are castles, forests, adventure playgrounds, tree-top adventures and more near to the 5 venues. You might just do something you never knew existed in the UK.
